All the dead bodies piled up in mounds

I’m not going to sit here and tell you that “Heroin” isn’t the best live song ever recorded in the history of mankind. I won’t do it. What I will say is that every time I listen to it–the very best live song ever recorded in history–when Lou wishes he was born a thousand years ago as a sailor-man traveling the world on a clipper ship, I have to shut down a different part of my head that says “You know, clipper ships weren’t around a thousand years ago. They were a product of the 19th century.” That part of my head babbles that useless knowledge every time I listen to this song.

The greatest song that actually really happened in the history of all time, ever.
